Is there a setup fee?
Apart from Tollfree number costs, software licensing, etc., we do not charge any setup fees or any hidden fees for that matter. Upon receipt of your requirements, we will provide you with our best proposals and discuss further.
How much does it cost?
In MECS, we believe that every client is unique and thus, have varying requirements. It is difficult to say how much it would cost to run your campaign until we have more information. However, we can assure you of a cost savings of up to 70% compared to running your campaign in-house.

How soon can you start?
This depends on our current “resources”. Usually, it takes around 2-3 business days to get started including training and setup.

What are your schedules of operation?
As our client, you get to choose what time of the day you start and end your campaign. We already have several campaigns running for the US, UK, Australia, and Canada – almost a 24-hour operation!
Do you provide reporting?
Yes, we do on a daily or weekly basis. Have us call you so we can discuss this further.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No, we charge on a month-to-month scenario. However, we have operational agreements that we need from you so we know both sides are happy.
How reliable are your current systems?
We are realistic enough to know that we can never be too prepared. There will be outages. As such, we have put in place a number of contingency measures in case of outages. A power generator is on standby in for any power outage and a back up data line is in place in for any data outage.
